Sometimes instead of cozy and in flow, we feel stuck and disconnected from glow... how can we move through it and return to feeling cozy in our Body - Soul?
Our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual Body is a vast and endless multiverse. It holds our stories - from this lifetime and those before and beyond. When we feel stuck something is up! An physical, mental, emotional or spiritual imprint is wanting to rise up to our awareness, so we can feel it, hear it and shine our light beam upon it - allowing it to join our Body-Soul or be free to return to the infinite life force that shimmers in all creation.
What do you do when feeling stuck?
Feeling stuck is part of dwelling in the vibration of dim, experiencing either a deep or subtle disconnect from feeling the golden thread that gracefully weaves darkness and light creating our life. Our sh*t is gold beautiful One, resisting it is not worth it! The shadowy waves of our inner ocean bring us the gift of Self expansion and mask free living. We just need to say YES and courageously do what we need to meet the messenger.
There are many bridges that can help us become intimate with the dense and dark feeling-thought-sensations that come and go to our shore. Your way is as unique as you are. Kundalini Yoga is one of my preferred paths of traveling from dim to SHINE - from stuck to Flow and Glow.
I want to share with you why - because I know you are into authentic living and inner freedom. I know that you if you are experiencing contraction of Body- Soul as you evolve and remember more and more who you are and why you came back to this earthly realm. You want vibrational alignment which translates to feeling really cozy in your skin and bones so you can spread love and light to all.
Kundalilni Yoga helps us balance the vibrational frequency. It helps our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being bring forth to the surface of our awareness that which is stuck and no longer serves us so we can burn it in the flame of the fire that is born from remembering who we really are and relax in the continuous cycle of birth-life-death and rebirth.
Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan uses Asana (Healing Body Shapes & Movements), Pranayama (breath awarness), Mantra (sacred sound), Drishti (eye positioning) and Bhakti (Devotion) to help us journey through our multiverse to tune into our true Self, the star seed of infinity that is within us and in all that is.

"Accelerating movements in evolution compare to exercising your body. Rapid starts and stops cause muscle fibers to bunch and cling together out of self-protection.
