Do you feel like running away sometimes precious star sister?
And often too, so I make space for this feeling by including it so I don’t get into a blind spinning cycle of energetic depletion, and Instead allow my Self to feel it, receive the message if there is one (there’s usually one at least!), and get on with life.
I want to share with you what I do because you might find it useful when you feel like running away from what you feel, a situation, and/or a person I also want to share it with you because I find raw emotions and authentic living incredibly beautiful and empowering, and maybe you do too!
When I feel like running away from my family of boys, I know I need a time out, even if it is 3 minutes or less... so I give my Self one. I lock myself in the yoga room and pray, write, cry, move, do yoga and/or tap, tap, tap...
It really depends on how intense my need for release and relief is.
When the need for relief is extremely high, and all grounding and clarity are gone, I choose prayer and/or tappping ( EFT,= Emotional Freedom Technique do you know about it star sister?)
In case you don’t, let me tell you about it briefly. EFT is a simple and deeply effective vibrationally aligning practice that helps you include ALL of your feeling-thought-sensations in your present experience instead of wasting your life-force resisting them!
EFT combines the wisdom of acupressure and affirmations. It uses key meridian (rivers of prana-chi- life force in our body) points and affirmations to help us feel, validate, and release challenging feeling-feeling-thought-sensations that might be creating necessary suffering and elevated tension-stress in our days and ways.
So, getting back to what I do when I feel I want to run away star sister...
My prayer is HELP ME IINFINITE ONE & SPIRIT FRIENDS AND GUIDES!!!!
I can feel a shower of calm fall upon me and create space within to feel and breathe deeper, and even see a bit or a lot of the bright side of what is going on… a word of guidance may come through too!
If you're a tapper, you already know this :) but in case you don’t, here is a basic guide for trying out The Emotional Freedom Technique (I know it’s better to have a live demonstration though, and maybe I’ll surprise you with one this week, but for now this description can give you a big picture and sense of its
At your left you’ll see 8 points which correspond to meridian vortexes that support the process of tension release, letting go, moving what is stuck to aid nourishing change. On the bottom there is also a point called Karate Chop, which is the first one you tap and activate as you open your session with an affirmation that validates both sides of your present challenging experience, (you tap with the index and heart finger on the point).
For example when I feel like running away I say:
Even though I feel so angry and want to run away from the mean boys, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. In this affirmation ALL is included, anger, the desire to escape and self acceptance-love. Love includes it ALL! I cannot wrong myself for feeling life, you can’t either… Instead I choose to feel it and give myself space to tune into grace.
I choose to stay and feel. I choose to hold my hand and feel safe in the space of love, where ALL feeling-thought-sensations are allowed, experienced and released into the cosmic vastness. I am deeply grateful for the spacious inner cosmos that lives within me and in you and in ALL beings.
After the Karate chop, still using your index and heart fingers, you tap on all 8 points as you repeat the challenging affirmation, in my case I say:
I want to run away from these mean boys, I’m tired of this chaos, I feel like running away, I feel tired, exhales, etc. Then take a moment to feel the release physically beautiful star sister.
After I tap I usually enjoy some cracks on my spine as the energy is released, maybe you will too... The tsunami moves through!
Now you do an affirming round using the same fingers on all 8 points as you repeat your affirmation, in my case:
It is safe to feel I want to run away, It is safe to feel my feelings, I love feeling spacious and safe to feel chaos, I say yes to release and relief, I say yes to feeling my life, I can feel my life, I give thanks for feeling and letting go. I give thanks for relief and release.
Then you take a moment to give thanks to the Infinite One, the Universe, God or the word you resonate with for supoprting you in releasing nhther ensity and helping you return to more peace, ease and bliss by including ALL of life in your feelings!
The immense dense becomes light when we dive into its blurry abyss.

I wish I’d had a a class in school where I’d learned about how our mind works.
Mind-Heart as in Tibetan Buddhism, because they’re always dancing together don't you think?
But I didn’t have this class…
My tsunami-like inner life and my passion to understand and work with our mind-heart led me to study Psychology, various traditions of Meditation, the path of Yoga, and Movement Based Expressive Arts Therapy, so I could get a grasp on the dynamics of our inner cosmos.
One of the teachings that I love and want to share with you today is about our 3 minds. I had never heard about it before I became a student of Kundalini Yoga. Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga to the West and lifted it out of the realm of secrecy so we could ALL benefit from its technology during these intense times on Earth, said:
“You have three minds: negative, positive and neutral. A person who does not deal with the neutral mind, even with all the wealth, shall not prosper and can’t be happy because negative and positive cancel each other. It is the neutral mind which becomes the intuitive force in you.” April 22, 1997
So we need to cultivate our neutral mind and become cozy in its realm, because as Yogi Bhajan said, “When you are in the state of the neutral mind, the soul is like a chandelier switched on over you. Communication of the soul is just that light; you are lit up by it.” July 29, 1981
The neutral mind is the space of true peace, where we can allow ourselves to feel ALL of life while we are in it, instead of wasting our life force fighting our ever changing feeling-thoufght-sensations. The neutral mind is beyond polarities. It has no need to label because it is crystalline and compassionate. Cultivating a neutral mind is a gift we give ourselves and All beings too, since it contributes to the peace, ease and bliss in this world!
“To win the game of life you must have caliber. To have caliber you must have an Applied Mind. An Applied Mind is a mind that processes everything positive and negative, then acts from the Neutral Mind to express you. The Applied Mind uses the Neutral Mind to assess all positive and negative but does not react on that basis. It acts to cause a cause that leads to the fulfillment of you and your destiny, you and your highest identity.” (The Mind: Its Projections and Multiple Facets)
Apart from Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, there are other practices that help us cultivate our neutral mind. Prayer, Art, Healing Chocolate Nature and Dance are some of them, but there are many more!
We are unique, and so are our ways of connecting with the Infinite within and in All that is, cultivating the neutral mind, because the paths we feel called to explore will most likely help us feel our inner spaciousness by shifting our brain waves from beta (daily functioning brainwave) to alpha & theta (light and deep relaxation and communion where healing happens).

I know some of these
might be going on....
1. I’m not asking for help enough... (to the Infinite One & my Spirit friends & guides + the human ones!)
2. I’m fighting my feelings instead of inviting them to move through me and give me their gift...
3. I’m looking for what’s wrong instead of finding the beauty within me & in ALL that is.
4. I’m not drinking enough pristine water and rainbow tonics, or eating enough healing herbs & sacred chocolate.
5. I’m not living in intimate dialogue with Mother Earth.
6. I‘ve forgotten about co-creating Soul Art.
7. I’m not writing the prompts from the muse enough.
8. I've forgotten about mantras.
So, no matter which one is leading me into the void trap, I return to my choice of loving Body-Soul in the ways that feel holy and whole. I remember what feeds my true hungers and attunes me to love, the vibration that includes all the shades of life and honors the unique and shared starseed essence we all are.
Here are some simple ways to help you shift back to attunement with each practice!
1. Pray your way! Ask for help to the Infinite One and your Spirit Friends and Guides, as well as your family, friends and anyone!
2. Feel your feelings, it is safe, there is enough space and grace!
3. Find the beauty in the messes... it's always there, even if all is grim, your breath is beautiful enough to carry you through life!
4. Drink up pristine water, herbal tonics and healing chocolate that nourish and infuse your nervous system with peace, ease and bliss ( I will create a post about this soon!).
5. Re-ignite your dialogue with Mother Earth. She is so generous to share her Body with us! Take off your shoes, feel her pulse, smell your way through your day & notice the grounding blessings!
6. You are an artist! We all are! The creative process is waiting to take you for a ride! Write how you want to feel, and then let your non-dominant hand create an image born from it!
7. Write what lights you up and what shuts you down and sing it to the wind!
8. Mantra up your breaths! Repeat within Sat as you inhale & Nam as you inhale - this means truth is my name in Gurmukhi, Sanskrit's sister tongue. You can also just say yes, love, peace, ease, bliss, free, or whatever word you want to feel and embody!

Many teachings invite us into living in love, fearlessness and high vibe everything, and it sounds delicious and maybe even simple, but we can get tangled in just another inner struggle and war, instead of returning home and remembering ALL we are and living our true path.
I prefer to focus on feeling spacious because it helps me attune to love, and cultivate vibrational alignment. If you choose to feel spacious you are saying yes to a journey of unmasking and aligning with your true Self.
I’ll explain what I mean by love and vibrational alignment first, and then, I'll give you 5 simple ways in which you can start feeling more spacious right now!
When you focus on staying positive all the time and filtering low and high vibe feeling-thought-sensations as you breathe, you lose the ease, peace and bliss, because you get tangled in struggle mode. You need to be on guard against certain feeling-thought-sensations that are not a match for your definition of being loving, spiritual, creative, free and/or any other words are part of your list now.
Struggle keeps you separated from being who you really are, the made of of stars beauty you are, and we all are!
Just like the outer cosmos is vast and infinite, so is your inner cosmos. Just as there's plenty of space for stars, planets, meteorites, black holes… there is also plenty of space for the multitude of feeling-thought-sensations that move through you, and live in you. There is no need to exclude any!
I tell my boys to include each other in their play, and I also tell my Self this when I start feeling constricted and disconnected. I remind my Self that this hot anger, or this shivering fear TOO is part of Love.
If only Love is real it needs to include ALL our feeling-thought-sensations. All the shades are included in Love, and it is safe to feel!
Feeling life is different than dwelling in drama land. Feeling ALL life helps us realize it is our dream, fleeting by, and trusting there is infinite space within us to feel it, sets us free to be and enjoy true peace, ease and bliss.
We dream our life and we live our dream.
When you feel life and surrender the habit of struggling against what is not love, or is low vibe, and realize it is ALL love, it is ALL life you can feel aligned with who you really are. This is Vibrational Alignment, and it's what you gift yourself and All beings, when you relinquish the unnecessary struggles, and allow the beauty that is inherent in All, to shine brightly... even when tears flow and we feel lost… beauty is there, and Love is holding us in grace.
So remember precious star sister, it’s NOT about what feeling-thought-sensations rule your ways & days, but your relationship to them.
Here are 5 ways to start feeling more spacious now!
1. Starting now, whenever you remember, go within and notice how your inner ambiance feels. Is it cozy and spacious, all inclusive and diverse... or, is it rigid and closed up to only a few feeling-thought-sensations? Either way noticing IS your gateway into freedom and reclaiming your power to feeling spacious, tuned into love and vibrationally aligned to create and live our dream now.
2. Use the word AND more often. Include all your feeling-thought-sensations. It is safe, there is enough space and grace for them all.
3. Repeat Sat as yo inhale and Nam as you exhale whenever you remember. Sat Nam is a Kundalini Yoga mantra that means truth is my name, and it soothes your inner tsunamis and helps you remember and feel you’re made up of stars.
4. Buy yourself some Reishi , the queen of peace, ease and bliss mushroom, and take it daily. Tincture, powder or pill… they all work and you’ll feel how it infuses your mind/heart with spaciousness . Peace is and bliss will shower upon you and drama will melt away. Try it! ( I have many Reishi recipes to share, both sweet and savory, I’ll share them with you soon!
5. Ask the Infinite One and your Spirit Friends and Guides to help you feel spacious and safe, remember they are always with you waiting for your requests!

Forgiving is often charged with the notions of shame, blame and sin, but, it doesn't have to be that way, it's beyond them. I believe these words just veil up its simple and deep beauty.
The power of forgiving, "el poder del perdon", is at the core of most religious practices because it's alchemical.. It can help you remember who you are, and feel attuned to the star seed essence within you and in All that is.
I'm all for uniqueness and spiritual intimacy. This means cultivating your own way of tuning in and living in harmony with the Infinite within you and in All that is.
You are unique and so is your way of praying and forgiving.
Just as we can dialogue silently, from soul to soul to get our messages across to our loved and maybe not so loved ones, we can also cultivate the art of forgiveness in this same way. Today I want to share with you an ancient Hawaiian practice that honors this silent way of communication to help us forgiv.e
I love this practice because it REALLY works. I use this practice daily to harmonize and clear my relations with anyone I need , whether they're alive or not.
Ho’oponopono belongs to Hawaiian Shamanism, & there's a lot written about it (please look it up for miraculous stories and different versions).
I feel Ho'oponopoono is an alchemical gem! It helps us forgive and attune to Infinity within and in All that is. It harmonizes our consciousness by making it more spacious, so we can include the other side we've been rejecting for a while - the one that might be making us pretty sour and blurring our perception of life. Ho'oponopono also gifts us increasing levels of peace, ease and bliss even if we don't really believe in what we are doing!
Ho’oponopono means to make (ho’o) right (pono) right (pono). It helps us remember who we really are, feeling the shimmering essence we are and All is.
Now I'll share the practice with you exactly as I do it, but please feel free to adjust it so it feels alive for you.
To practice Ho'oponopono, bring to your heart/mind the person or situation you feel called to forgive, anything and everyone that feels dense and tense... I do it every night with each one of my boys and Adam - even if nothing major has happened, because I find there are always some bumps in the daily adventure of being a mama...
Now repeat within you:
First for the person.
Please forgive you,
I love you.
Then for your Self:
I forgive my Self,
I love you (your Self)
Try it now, and let me know how you feel and what happens as you include it in your days and ways!

Sometimes we really want to receive divine help but are expecting it to show up in a certain way, and it doesn't!
One of my biggest gifts and reminders of divine intervention is how I met Adam, my husband and cosmic mate (it was fifteen years ago yesterday!). He picked me up hitchhiking on a day I thought I had made a huge mistake by following my strong inner guidance...
I chose to trade a MA for a deep experiential training because the voice within was so loud and clear that I had to... so. I did.
I moved from Cambridge to Marin County to study Movement Based Expressive Arts Therapy, After 4 days I was feeling lonely and wondering if my choice was not right... Everything felt far without the convenience of subways and frequent buses available to explore and get to where I needed... I even missed the first day of classes because I got lost,
I finally figured out how to get to school, and the bus driver missed me while I waited at the bus stop with a big red had and a huge drawing pad!!!!
I couldn't help but feeling lonely and doubting if following my intuition was the right thing to do. I shrunk inside as all my. not enough limiting beliefs visited my mind, but since I was determined to get to school no matter how long it took, I thought about hitchhiking & coming from Colombia where hitchhiking is dangerous to say the least, I didn't feel at ease doing it but I did it anyway!
I stretched out my arm and pointed my thumb up, & no one stopped!
Thankfully I was so determined to get to school I put the drama on the side and started walking in that direction. Two blocks later I saw a white pick up truck stop and beep. I hustled over, and peeking out of the window was a beautiful black Australian Shepherd with wise eyes telling me it was safe to come in. Then I glanced at the driver, a sparkly, long haired man with very familiar eyes & knew I had to get in. I did & Adam took me to school, and still takes me anywhere I ask him to!
Our coming together is a clear example of divine intervention. He tells me he was running late that morning and his truck was a mess and he didn't want to stop, but something made him slam the brake.
We had both been praying our way for meeting our life partner, our cosmic mate, while doing the inner work to allow it to happen. We didn't expect it to be this way though, but we listened and were allowing it even if it felt chaotic at first!
Prayer is an intimate dialogue with the Infinite One and our Spirit Friends and Guides, and it's always answered.
It usually begins with a shower of inner peace and a feeling that everything will be all right and is already all right, and the the physical responses unfold as we say YES to it all.
I want to remind you that it's ok not to know how your prayers will be answered. They're always heard and as we tune in to the star lit Self we are and follow our bliss, including all of life and its waves (instead of fighting what seems to be out of synch with our visions and desires), we step into the land of allowing.
It is about remembering and tuning in. Remembering you are made of stars, and are so spacious within there's no need to be on guard with your feeling-thought-sensations. It is safe to feel All of life and follow what is true and lights you up.
You are unique, and so is your way of praying. Remember praying and playing are sisters who share the strings of bliss.

I agree we need to know how we keep ourselves away from being & living in love.
Love is the vibration of our essence, who we really are, and it pulsates at the core of all life forms. It's the vibrational place that has infinite space for all feeling-thought-sensations to be witnessed, felt, dialogued with and released with or without our awareness.
I don't feel we need to actively seek and find these veils/barriers/blocks/ to love, but just focus on cultivating a vast inner space that welcomes all the feeling-thought-sensations that arise and move through us so we don't waste our life & love force resisting resistance, and instead can rest in the cozy vibration of love!
As we journey back to being ALL we are, by remembering we already are our dream -the one we long to be and live, but are not able to feel yet- we can trust the process of how the veils/barriers/blocks rise up to our mind-heart's eye when we are ready to receive their gift (even if it might not feel like we are ready, and what they are showing us and bringing back is anything but a gift)!
So returning to love is about remembering to feel, trust and wait in the space within that's beyond contrast. No need to chase or fight, but notice, invite and feel your way back to vast cozy love.
Our attunement to love is defined by our level of contraction and resistance to feeling and being our dream.

Prayer is your birthright. It is spiritual S.O.S Just like #911!
I grew up praying to my guardian angel every night with my grandma and it really is the only structured prayer I love, all others are too impersonal for me... as I've always felt everything is alive and in realationship with me.
I shared recently how my father gave me permission to find my own way of bowing to the Infinite within me and in ALL that is in my teenage years, but growing up end fitting in frequently pulled me away from this spiritual intimacy... and being a mother added an interesting spice to the mix too, thinking I had to do it all...
I want to share with you my story of return to living in prayer because without realizing it, I'd tuned out from the stars that make me up, and make all of us up.
When my third little one was almost one, he was sick and his fever was extremely high that day after Thanksgiving. I was keeping him on me to monitor his temperature and treating him with lots of homeopathy, wet cloths and trying to nurse him so my echinacea and other amazing herb infused breastmilk could support his healing... while chaos with my other two and other inner density was flowing through me keeping me very tense and anxious... then suddenly, he gave me a look of goodbye and rolled his eyes back and went limp!
I thought, oh I am going to be one of those moms who loses a baby before the first year... is this it?
Oh no! What can I do? And then all ina second I realized I had forgotten about asking for help to the Infinite One and my Spirit Friends and Guides, and I yelled at the top of my lungs HELP!!!!!
Immediately a wave of peace and clarity washed over me and guided my body and mind to put wet socks on him, have him smell peppermint oil, put drops of marine phytoplankton in his mouth and call 911 all at the same time.
My other boys were scared but calm took over me, and I felt the divine presence and protection of the Angelic Kingdom. I knew this was a call back home into spiritual intimacy, and my precious little friend would be totally fine. And he was. The ambulance came, we visited the emergency room where a febrile shock was diagnosed and for me... so many tears and I was reborn.
I realized how far away from living in prayer I'd moved, forgetting to ask for help with inner and outer challenges, AND OVER ALL finding and expressing gratitude for all the blessings that are always unfolding as I breathe.
So for me, prayer is spiritual intimacy, and there is no right or wrong way of doing it, Depending on your religious upbringing and your relationship to the spiritual realm, you may or may not pray, and if you do you might enjoy it as a natural extension of communicating with the Infinity within you and in ALL that is or you might just repeat words you learned were a prayer. No matter where you are and your relationship to the spirit world and praying, I wanted to share with you my story of return to living in prayer and invite you to find your own way of praying too.
Prayer is the embrace that holds sacred space for my days and ways, and it goes really well with everything! Just like chocolate, Kundalini Yoga, art and nature!

Time is a continuous multidimensional thread that weaves the ongoing imprints of the ones who've gone before you, the ones who are right here with you in this moment & the ones who will come as well.
We are only limited by our senses and how the perceive the past and future as different from the present moment. We forget our birthright to travel from within our inner cosmos through the vastness of the ever unfolding life within this earth journey or in previous or future ones... maybe all happening at once.
We dream our life and we live this dream again ad again. But, we forget... we can remember though.... even if it might seem crazy it is worth trying... cultivating the art of deep inner listening and trusting what we hear.
Eternity is real and it is now. Everything is everywhere always, and you are already who you dream to be. You just need to tune into it!
How can you align with your true Self?
By remembering who you are, ALL you are, including the whole array of feeling-thought-sensations that create your experience instead of resisting them and struggling to eliminate what does not fit into your definition of "right".
It's NOT only about what feeling-thought-sensations rule your ways & days, but your relationship to them. Every single cell of your being is lit with love, the essential force of ALL life.
The outer cosmos is a reflection of your inner cosmos. The magnificence that radiates from creation is within us, we just forget about it as we disconnect to become more functional in our culture.
Feeling weird and alone are common feelings among those of us who feel the invisible is as real as what is perceived by our 5 senses. These feelings can lead us to believe there is something wrong with us and it might be better to pretend it's not there to blend in with the crowd of loved and not loved ones...
But the time comes where betraying our essence is no longer a choice, and we return to feeling the precious stardust that conforms our body-soul and is shared by ALL.
